What level of support do you provide for customers ? Exicom has representatives in many regions world-wide who can offer support. Exicom also offers extensive product support and module repair. Exicom has a team of Sales Engineers who are focussed on providing training in all aspects of our radios. To complement this personal training, comprehensive technical and/or training manuals are also available. Exicom’s Regional Sales Managers are based in New Zealand, and work closely with key distribution partners in many countries around the world. Exicom typically offers a warranty of either 15 months from date of delivery or 12 months after installation, whichever comes first.
